    You may request a return only in the following cases:<\/p>

    The product received is damaged or does not match the order placed.
    You have exercised your right of withdrawal<\/strong> within the timeframe set by law (14 days from delivery), only for products not excluded from the right of withdrawal,<\/strong> such as personalised or perishable floral arrangements.

    To request a return, please send an email to info@bloomlabroma.it<\/a> specifying:<\/p>

    The order number;
    The product(s) you wish to return;
    The reason for the return request;
    Your preferred method of refund.
    Once the return has been authorised, the products must be sent back at the customer’s expense to the following address:<\/p>

    Refunds will be processed:<\/p>

    Within<\/strong> 14 days of receiving the return or proof of shipment;
    Using the same payment method used by the customer, unless otherwise agreed;
    For orders paid by bank transfer, the refund will be issued after the return has been received and upon receipt of the customer’s bank details (IBAN).<\/p>

    Perishable products, such as fresh flowers and floral arrangements;
