Shipping and delivery

Every Bloom Lab Roma creation is arranged, wrapped and prepared by hand with the utmost care, using fresh flowers selected daily. For preparation and delivery times in your area, please visit our Shipping and Delivery page.

Bloom Lab Roma offers a range of delivery options to suit your needs: you can order online with home delivery, or choose in-store collection, phone orders or WhatsApp orders.

If you haven’t received your order, please get in touch through our Contact page for further assistance.

You can change your delivery address up until your order has been dispatched from our workshop. For any changes or updates to your order, please contact us via our Contact page.

If tracking confirms that delivery has been made but you can’t locate the order, please follow these simple steps:

Check with family, flatmates or neighbours — someone may have received the parcel on your behalf.
Look carefully around the delivery point (entrance hall, concierge desk, garage, etc.).
Check for any attempted-delivery notices or notes left by the courier.
Contact the courier directly using the reference numbers in the tracking information — they will be able to provide further details.

Ritiro in sede

Add the creations you’d like to your basket and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery details so we can verify your delivery area. In the Delivery method section on the checkout page, select in-store collection at our workshop in Rome.

Please note: In-store collection is available only for orders with delivery to Rome.

Shortly after placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email summarising the items, collection details and payment methods. This does not mean, however, that your order is already ready for collection.

You’ll receive a second notification email once your order is ready to be collected. Please wait for this confirmation before coming to the workshop, to make sure your order is ready.

Please bring your collection notification email with you, either printed or shown on your mobile device.

We do our best to avoid these situations. If we’re unable to fulfil your order, you’ll receive an email letting you know about any changes that have been made.

In-store collection is available only for orders with delivery to Rome.
If you’re located outside Rome, we are currently unable to offer collection at our workshop. Please choose from the other delivery options available in your area..

You can place an order by calling us directly on the number listed in the Contact section of our website. We’ll guide you through the selection of your creations and provide all the information on payment methods, preparation times and delivery.

Message us on WhatsApp at the dedicated number listed on our Contact page. Our team will help you choose your floral creations, confirm availability and give you instructions for payment, delivery or collection.
