Return conditions
You may request a return only in the following cases:
The product received is damaged or does not match the order placed.
You have exercised your right of withdrawal within the timeframe set by law (14 days from delivery), only for products not excluded from the right of withdrawal, such as personalised or perishable floral arrangements.
Products must be returned intact, unused and in their original packaging.
Return procedure
To request a return, please send an email to info@bloomlabroma.it specifying:
The order number;
The product(s) you wish to return;
The reason for the return request;
Your preferred method of refund.
Once the return has been authorised, the products must be sent back at the customer’s expense to the following address:

Bloom Lab Roma reserves the right to refuse returns notified or shipped outside the specified timeframes, or which do not meet the conditions set out above.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed:
Within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of shipment;
Using the same payment method used by the customer, unless otherwise agreed;
For orders paid by bank transfer, the refund will be issued after the return has been received and upon receipt of the customer’s bank details (IBAN).
Original shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to an error on the part of Bloom Lab Roma (wrong or damaged product).
Products excluded from returns
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
Perishable products, such as fresh flowers and floral arrangements;
Personalised products or items made to the customer’s specific request.
