Right of Withdrawal

You are here:

1. Introduction

In accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, Articles 52 et seq.), Customers acting as consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase, without providing any reason and without penalty, within 14 days of receiving the products.

2. How to exercise the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send written notice of their intention to withdraw to the email address info@bloomlabroma.it or by registered mail with return receipt to:

Flower Lab di Musella Vincenzo
Via Mantellini, 24A – 00165 Rome (RM), Italy

The Customer may use the model withdrawal form set out in Annex I, Part B of the Italian Consumer Code, although this is not compulsory.

3. Return of goods

Products must be returned intact, unused, complete with all their parts and in their original packaging, within 14 days from the date on which the withdrawal was communicated. The direct costs of return shall be borne by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed with Bloom Lab Roma.

4. Refund

Once the returned products have been received and their condition verified, Bloom Lab Roma will refund the amount paid (including standard shipping costs) within 14 days, using the same payment method used by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed.

The refund may be withheld until the goods are received, or until the Customer provides evidence that the goods have been returned.

4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

Supply of goods made to the Customer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
Supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, such as fresh flower products;
Supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection, once opened after delivery.
